Android
On Android phones and tablets, the platform lives at mobile.ugimate.com. It installs straight from Chrome - there's no Google Play download.
Step 1: Open the mobile address in Chrome
Open Chrome and go to mobile.ugimate.com.
Other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Samsung Internet, Brave) can install web apps too, but the menu wording differs. Chrome is the smoothest route.
Step 2: Sign in
Sign in with the same account you use on the website. If you belong to more than one organisation, you can switch between them once you're in.
Step 3: Install to your home screen
Chrome may show an Install app prompt at the bottom of the screen. Tap it, then tap Install.
If no prompt appears:
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen (on some versions, Install app).
- Confirm with Install or Add.
The Ugimate icon now appears on your home screen and in your app drawer. Tap it to open the platform in its own window, without Chrome's address bar.
If the option is missing entirely, update Chrome to the latest version and reload the page. The install option only appears once the page has finished loading.
Updates
There's nothing to update. Because the platform is served from the web, you get the latest version each time you open the app.
Removing the app
Touch and hold the Ugimate icon, then drag it to Uninstall, or tap App info → Uninstall.
This only removes the shortcut from your device. Your account and your documents are untouched, and you can install it again at any time by repeating the steps above.
Common issues

| The app opens with an address bar showing | It was added as a plain bookmark shortcut. Remove it and install it again using Install app. |
| Sign-in doesn't stick between sessions | Check that you're not in an Incognito tab, and that Chrome isn't set to clear cookies on exit. |
