Browsing Documents
The Documents page is the library of everything that has been processed on the platform. Each document is shown as a card with a thumbnail image, its document number, the date it was last updated, and its Document Type.
Viewing & Editing a Document
Opening a document from the Documents grid or from a Batch Job takes you to its detail page. This page is split into two halves: your document's data on the left, and a preview of the original page image on the right.
Searching & Filtering
The search bar above the Documents grid offers two ways to find what you're looking for, plus a third that's coming soon.
Exporting Documents
Once you've found the documents you need using search and filters, you can export their data as a CSV file.
Export Presets
An Export Preset is a saved template that tells the platform which document fields to include in a CSV export, what to label each column, and what order the columns should appear in. Presets save you from re-configuring your export every single time.
Attachments & Linked Documents
Every document has two extra ways to hold related information beyond its extracted fields, both found on the document detail page.
