Reviewing a Batch Job
Once a batch job finishes processing, its documents are ready for you to review.
Finding your job
The Batch Jobs list shows every job with a status icon and badge:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The job has been queued and is waiting to start. |
| In Progress | The job is actively being processed. |
| Completed | Processing has finished; documents are ready to review. |
| Failed | Something went wrong during processing. |
| Cancelled | The job was cancelled before completion. |
Use the search box to find a job by title, or the Job Status and Job Type filters to narrow the list.
While a job is still processing, opening it shows a simple status message rather than the document table - check back once it's marked Completed.
The document review table
Opening a completed job shows every document that was created from it, with these columns:
- Document Number - the extracted document identifier.
- Created At - when the document was created.
- Status - Pending (not yet reviewed) or Reviewed.
- Field Confidence - a badge summarising extraction confidence for this document's required fields (see below).
- Actions - approve, reject, or view the document.
Understanding the Field Confidence badge
- A green No Issues badge means every required field met the confidence threshold, or the document has already been reviewed.
- A red N Issues (X%) badge means one or more required fields fell below the confidence threshold. Hover over the badge to see exactly which fields are flagged, their extracted value, and their individual confidence percentage.
Only fields marked Required on the Document Type count toward this badge - optional fields with a low-confidence value won't trigger a warning here (though they're still visible on the document itself).
Approving and rejecting documents
- Click the checkmark icon on a row to approve that single document, marking it as reviewed without needing to open it (useful when the extracted data already looks correct).
- Click the X icon to reject it - you'll be asked to confirm, since this cannot be undone.
- Click View to open the full document detail page, where you can correct any field values before saving. Saving from within a batch job automatically approves the document.
Both approve and reject actions are also available in bulk:
- Tick the checkbox on each row you want to act on (or the header checkbox to select every row on the page).
- Use the Bulk Actions menu to Approve Selected or Reject Selected.
Filtering the table
Use the toolbar above the table to:
- Search by document number.
- Filter by Status (Pending / Reviewed).
- Tick Show Duplicates to display only documents that share the same document number as another document in this batch - useful for spotting pages that were accidentally processed twice.
Bulk attachments
Click Bulk Attachment in the toolbar to attach a single supporting file to every document in the batch job at once - handy for attaching a shared cover sheet or manifest.
Deleting a batch job
Use the Delete button in the toolbar to permanently remove the batch job. You'll be asked to confirm, as this cannot be undone.
Rejecting a document, or deleting a batch job, cannot be undone. Double-check before confirming either action.
