Managing Organisations

The Organisations area, under Administration, is where platform-wide organisations are created and tracked. Each organisation is an isolated workspace with its own documents, document types, catalogues, and users.
Viewing organisations
The list shows every organisation's name, creation date, and maximum user count, with a shortcut to configure or delete each one.
Creating an organisation
Go to Organisations → Create Organisation and provide:
- Organisation Name - how it will be identified throughout the platform.
- Organisation Admin - the email address of the person who will administer this organisation.
- Maximum Users - an optional cap on how many user accounts the organisation can have. Leave blank for unlimited.
Click Submit to create the organisation.
caution
Deleting an organisation is a significant, likely irreversible action, since it removes access to everything scoped to that organisation. Proceed carefully.
