This platform helps your team turn scanned and digital documents into structured, searchable data. Instead of manually retyping information from invoices, forms, certificates, or any other paperwork, you upload your documents, the platform automatically reads the important details, and you review the results before they're saved.
What you can do here
- Upload and process documents in bulk. Drop in a stack of PDFs and let the platform automatically split, read, and extract data from every page.
- Define what "important information" means for you. Using Document Types, you tell the platform exactly which fields matter for each kind of document (invoice number, date, total, supplier name, and so on).
- Review and correct extracted data. Every extracted document goes through a review step so a person always has the final say before data is considered complete.
- Search and filter your document library. Find documents by their content, upload date, or any field you've defined.
- Export clean data. Send extracted data out as CSV files, using reusable export templates ("Export Presets") so the columns always come out the way your downstream systems expect.
- Clean up and merge PDFs. Two standalone tools let you tidy up scans (remove or rotate pages) and combine multiple PDFs into one file, even before you start a formal processing job.
